Acceptance of Terms
- By using our hosting services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.
- Violation of these terms may result in the termination of your account.
Account Responsibility
- You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Any activity conducted under your account is your responsibility.
Prohibited Activities
- You must not engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.
- The following are expressly forbidden: DDoS tools, token grabbers, excessive scrapers, resource-intensive servers, Minecraft servers on standard Java servers, Discord rate limiters, PteroVM, and WhatsApp bots.
- RRHosting does not support hosting for illegal or legally objectionable content.
- All servers must comply with Discord's Terms of Service.
- The use of Nazi-socialist content is strictly prohibited.
- Any form of spamming or flooding our servers with excessive requests is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to automated requests, API abuse, or any actions that may negatively impact server performance for other users.
- Hosting content that violates the external platform's respective Terms of Service is not permitted. You are responsible for ensuring that your hosted content complies with all applicable third-party terms and conditions.
- Hosting Lavalink servers on any Node is prohibited. These servers consume excessive resources and traffic.
- You may not host any obfuscated code.
- Reselling our services in any form is strictly forbidden. You may not repackage, rebrand, or redistribute RRHosting services to third parties, either for profit or at no cost.
Consequences of Violations
- We reserve the right to take immediate action for violations.
- Consequences may include content deletion, account suspension, or permanent termination.
- We may report illegal activities to the appropriate authorities.
- RRHosting has the final say on all Terms of Service violations.
Service Suspension and Termination
- We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause.
- Termination may result in the deletion of your account and all associated data.
- Attempts to withdraw payments for 'free' services will result in account suspension.
Payment and Refunds
- You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of our services.
- We do not provide refunds unless explicitly stated in our refund policy.
Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our services.
- We do not guarantee the availability, reliability, or performance of our services.
- RRHosting is not responsible for any loss, corruption, or destruction of data. You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your data.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus and Germany.
- Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in these jurisdictions.
Specific Hosting Restrictions
- Cryptocurrency mining is prohibited and will lead to an immediate account ban.
- Game servers are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- We reserve the right to inspect server files if illegal or improper usage is suspected.
- Disrespect, threats, doxxing, antisemitism, racism, or threats on our Discord server may lead to service or account bans.
